Solutions for Niqab

In this picture you can see three ladies in different dress codes……seeking freedom !!
the bare one got her freedom long time ago …….how about the other two ?…does western society give the other two ladies what they want ?

For readers who are wondering what is niqab anyways ……I can say simply it is a veil which covers the face, worn by some Muslim women as a part of sartorial hijāb. Niqab is most common in the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf such as Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and the UAE……and very wide spread in Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia, and other Muslim countries……….as a way of modesty and following Islamic rules (Shari’ah) where niqab is considered to be ” favorable thing”….and not an obligatory thing …..
Now these ladies wearing niqab immigrated to the western countries as students, housewives, and refugees……the western world started to refuse such a thing for some claims:
* it hides character (against safety issues)

* it is fearful

* it is a sign of being extreme ( the refused Islam)

Away from philosophic polemics …….I have very nice solutions to get all parties happy….

First of all you should agree with me that dress code/religion is not what makes person banned or not …..at least according to western constitution.

1- the first solution should solve the first claim ( hiding character) …….according to Islamic scholars the woman who wears niqab is permittee to show her face to the following:
========
* judge ( man&woman) in a court ……. only in a closed room or private place
** any officer for security reasons only……to check the ID
*** physician ….when needed
**** in a photo over her ID card

so first solution is simply showing her face when needed in these required situations……not banning the whole dress code …….

to be continued……in next post
